Cookout Friday evening

There is a cookout planned at Brendle Corner for Friday evening at 6 p.m. for our co-workers and Tribal Members affected by the tornadoes, and for the volunteers assisting with repairs and cleanup.

Let’s see how much hamburger meat, we can collect for this event to ensure everyone can be fed. Please bring your hamburger meat no later than noon on Friday.

We are looking to feed anywhere from 200-300 people. We will be taking any donations of food, clothes, water, etc.

If you bring donations in prior to Friday, you can drop them off with any registration staff. Thank you.

New No-Show Policy

The Absentee Shawnee Health System emphasizes the use of advance appointments as the primary means of scheduling patient visits. Individuals who make an appointment and then fail to present within 10 min of the appointed time without giving prior notification are termed “no-shows” and will have to reschedule. Any patient with three no-show appointments will be placed on “same-day call status” for a period of six months. The patient will NOT be able to schedule appointments in advance, but will have to call in for same day care and will be subject to appointment availability.

Patient Registration Policy
