Our extended-hours clinic is located inside our Little Axe Health Center beside our Specialty Clinic, and located left of the Little Axe Pharmacy.

We currently see all Native Americans, and no appointment is required.

This is an acute care facility that will have the ability to treat non-life threatening illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis. It has 4 private exam rooms including a pediatric room. Care provided for will include common illnesses, sprains, strains, flu, allergies, and infections. However, if you have a life threatening injury, onset of a heart attack or stroke please call or immediately go to the hospital/emergency room nearest you.

RELOCATION NOTICE:

As of March 7, 2024, PlusCare has relocated to inside the Little Axe Health Center. It is located beside our specialty clinic and is to the left of Little Axe Pharmacy.
