We are proud to bring to the Native American community a new era of healthcare not only in the physical sense - with new buildings and facilities and technology - but in the philosophical sense as well. We are committed to setting in motion a new era of healthcare; one that will redefine the standards by which we have both received care and cared for ourselves.
The Public Health Department is excited to invite all elders (55 years and older) for an afternoon of fun games, activities, and health education topics.
Come out and socialize with friends and neighbors!

I love the fact that the wait times aren't that long. They seem to stay on schedule and its easy to get a same day appointment. Jackie the women's health provider is easy to talk to and very informative. Over all it's always a great experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to change their doctor.

The goal of the Community Needs Assessment (C.N.A.) is to plan, prioritize, and budget for the healthcare delivery for the community and assess those needs on a periodic basis to ensure services and resources are concentrated where they should be. This is identified by the community serviced by the healthcare organization as necessary for improving the health of all community members via the evaluation of new technology, services, or products available to the community.
