Flu Vaccine Available - Little Axe Specialty Clinic

Flu vaccines are open to the public who are 12 years and older. Must have insurance cards, photo ID, tribal card (if they have one) to receive vaccine if they are not an established patient. Minors must have birth certificate as well.

Zombie Run is October 15th. Scan the QR code to register. Registration is free and you get a FREE t-shirt if you sign-up before October 1st.
