Title VI Reopens at AST Resource Center

We are pleased to announce that our Title VI Elder Nutrition Program will discontinue the Brendle Corner meal pick-up site and re-open for congregate meal service at the Little Axe Resource Center beginning Monday, May 6th, 2024! Title VI provides a nutritious meal, free to members and $5 for non-members.

New COVID Guidelines

COVID guidelines have changed as we continue to fight against COVID. Please review the following:

  • COVID patients no longer need to be separated in waiting areas.
  • Patients do not need to wait in their vehicles at our locations.
  • Symptomatic patients do not need to use separate entrances/exits.

You must wear a mask in waiting areas if you have COVID symptoms!

Effective January 1st, 2024, Shawnee Same Day Clinic will be appointment only!

Established patients must schedule appointments to receive care at the Shawnee Same Day Clinic.

• Same-day appointments are available from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday- Friday

• Shawnee Clinic Open: 7:30 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday

• PlusCare Clinic Open: 8 AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM Saturday & Sunday

SPTHB THESIS Internship- May 20th- July 14th 2024

Do you know someone who is interested in Native American Health?

The THESIS (Tribal Health Experiential Student Internship Seminar) program is a virtual 8-week paid internship (May 20th- July 12th, 2024) for undergrads and recently-graduated college students who are interested in Native American health.

Each intern will be provided a stipend of up to $3,360!

Applications are due January 5th, 2024!

Patient Signatures Required at Pick-Up

NOTICE:

Effective August 28th, 2023, individual patient signatures are REQUIRED for all on-site medication pickups.

Medication will NOT be dispensed until a legible written signature is obtained upon picking up a prescription.
