The kiosks will allow patients to self-check-in for their appointments. Patients will be able to update their contact information, scan card information, sign and accept consents, complete forms and questionnaires, and pay for any required co-pays. The Little Axe Health Center’s kiosks will be located in the main lobby near the security and patient registration desks. If you are a new patient to the health system, you will be required to check-in first at the patient registration desk or if you have not visited the clinic since the implementation of our new electronic health record system as of October 22, 2018, patients must check-in at the patient registration desk as well. To make this a smooth process for our patients, our friendly staff will be available to assist you with the check-in process, if needed.
