Flu vaccines are open to the public who are 12 years and older. Must have insurance cards, photo ID, tribal card (if they have one) to receive vaccine if they are not an established patient. Minors must have birth certificate as well.
I love the fact that the wait times aren't that long. They seem to stay on schedule and its easy to get a same day appointment. Jackie the women's health provider is easy to talk to and very informative. Over all it's always a great experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to change their doctor.
