Title VI Reopens at AST Resource Center

We are pleased to announce that our Title VI Elder Nutrition Program will discontinue the Brendle Corner meal pick-up site and re-open for congregate meal service at the Little Axe Resource Center beginning Monday, May 6^th, 2024! Title VI provides a nutritious meal, free to members and $5 for non-members.

New COVID Guidelines

COVID guidelines have changed as we continue to fight against COVID. Please review the following:

COVID patients no longer need to be separated in waiting areas.
Patients do not need to wait in their vehicles at our locations.
Symptomatic patients do not need to use separate entrances/exits.

You must wear a mask in waiting areas if you have COVID symptoms!

Dr. Anne Fernando Departure

Dr. Anne Fernando will leave the Health System on September 13, 2024. She is relocating to another state due to a new opportunity. Please join us in expressing our gratitude for her exceptional care during her time with us!

In addition, we are excited to introduce Dr. Kyle Woodson (above), who will provide care to patients of Dr. Fernando during this transition. Additionally, a new Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be joining us this month, further expanding our care options.
