"[I] used the small clinic south of Hwy 9 in Little Axe. I am very impressed witht he growth and the continued excellent care I have received over the years. The doctors, nurses, lab, wellness and pharmacy have been better than most in the private sector."

Boyd S.

I appreciate the wide variety of services that are in one location. I would recommend this clinic to others because it is convenient and the staff is compassionate. I enjoy my visits because of quality care.

Sarah

The receptionists are always cooperative and friendly to me. The nurses are friendly and concerned about my personal health issues and the doctor is friendly, helpful and a relief to me and my health care.

These priorities will drive the development of our community health improvement plan (CHIP).

Attached is the Community Health Survey. Please take the survey and share with those you know, work with, attend school with or do business with in Cleveland County.

On May 25th, #repsforvets will be having our very first annual 5K run to raise funds for Veterans Treatment Court. They need your help! There was a delay with the online form, but we’re ready to move!

Your very own Tulsa Veterans Treatment Court leads this country as a national mentoring program, i.e., we train other new and/or struggling programs from around the nation. More importantly, see below.

The Impact:

Saving Lives – 22 veterans each day take their own lives. Participants in VTC are surrounded by a team there to support them every step of the way. By the time veterans graduate from VTC, they’ve spent hundreds of hours receiving treatment for mental health, substance abuse and/or PTSD.

Saving Families – Many veterans that plea into VTC have little or no contact with their family, friends and even their own children. By the time they graduate, many of these vets have rebuilt bridges with friends, reconnected with family and some gain increased visitation with their children or even regain custody of children that they have lost.
