For prescription refills, call the ASTHS pharmacy that originally filled your prescription and be prepared to provide your prescription number, name and/or date of birth. If you are requesting a refill through our automated system you must have a prescription number. You must enter 6 digits, so please add zeroes in front of the number to equal 6 digits. Please update any changes in address, phone number, and/or insurance with the pharmacy. Updating with clinic registration will not update pharmacy records.
Prescriptions from our clinic providers can be filled at either of our pharmacies as long as it is a medication on our formulary. Upon request, prescriptions can be sent to an outside pharmacy but it will then be the patient’s financial responsibility.
Outside prescriptions will not be honored at our pharmacy unless the patient was referred by one of our providers to the prescribing doctor and the medication is on our formulary. Absentee Shawnee Tribal members who have prescriptions from an outside provider will be honored, in most cases.
If you would like to receive text messages alerting you when your medications are ready for pick up please speak to a pharmacy staff member and update your cell phone number.
